At Classic Jewellery, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales support to our valued customers. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery timelines typically range from 4 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide your complete address, including the PIN code and contact number.
Shipping Details
We aim to process all orders within 2 to 3 working days. Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
In case of a high order volume, there might be a slight delay in processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a few extra days. Should there be a major delay in delivering your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, a Delivery Confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number(s). Please note that tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
- All items go through a quality check before delivery.
- In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement after inspection.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage during delivery.
