We offer an exchange policy where, if the customer notifies us within 24 hours of delivery, the product can be exchanged. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. However, if the product is received in a damaged condition and needs to be exchanged.
As per our return policy, we will accept returns if the product is found to be damaged from our end. In such cases, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us as proof.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us at info@classicjewellery.in. While we generally do not offer refunds, exceptions may be considered in special cases. If approved, the refund process may take approximately 5 to 7 working days.

All our products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, we will get it back through courier from your hands and replace the item once it is received by us.

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services or statutory clearances, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
In case we are unable to fulfill a confirmed order, and payment was made via credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
