Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Classic Jewellery, we accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition and the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@classicjewellery.in with your order number and an unboxing video attached. Alternatively, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 9173905468.

Once the return request is verified, you will have to courier the item to our address. After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• A replacement will be delivered if the same product is available.
• If the product is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value from our website.
• If no alternative product is preferred, we will issue a refund for the same amount.

Refund Timeline:

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
